There are also scripts to match your library against various IMDB / TMDB / Trakt searches, lists, actors, directors etc. https://github.com/mza921/Plex-Auto-Collections can find the missing movies and add to Radarr. I have not figured out yet how to see the list of missing movies before adding them, but that must be possible.
You can sync collected and watched status with Trakt, then you see in all their categories what you got or are missing. Plex Scrobbler (Plex Pass & Trakt Vip required) or the old, a bit tricky to configure, but still working and free Trakt plugin can do that
