That notwithstanding, do as others suggest and try some different software. The CL-EYE utility is just for testing (as I'm sure you know) so I would assume you've tried it the camera in Opentrack; FaceTrackNoIR is also an option. I've never had a PS3Eye camera go faulty, and while it's certainly possible, the fact that the indicator lights illuminate and (I presume) Windows detects it without issue suggest to me that it's an issue at the software/driver level. Not overly helpful, I apologise, but a clean install of the driver and software followed by a restart gives you the best chance of resolving (or at least, identifying) the problem.
