https://docs.linuxserver.io/general/swag is a commonly used container for a reverse proxy. (also available in the community apps) I personally have a Nginx with certbot configured manually, as I transferred a non docker setup over to UnRAID.

I would highly recommend NginxProxyManager that you run your nextcloud behind. It is really easy to set up and manage and it will automatically manage your certificates AND it will add another layer between the internet and nextcloud to make it more secure.
