  • I haven't found anyone talking about a work-around to this issue that will write the save file to disk whenever a save is made. I did find an old un-resolved ArkOS issue on the github from someone who seems to have been experiencing a similar issue but didn't provide enough details to get it resolved (https://github.com/christianhaitian/arkos/issues/257)

  • RetroArch

Cross-platform, sophisticated frontend for the libretro API. Licensed GPLv3.

  • Thanks, buddy. I found it right when you sent this message. I also found this HEATED 4 year old discussion on SRAM autosave (https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/issues/4901) haha. Apparently people have already brainstormed this problem to death.
