InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
I would say your best bet is a docker. There is a great image here with very well written documentation.
That being said docker on it's own doesn't provide any real security. If you're running it on your home network I would recommend running it behind a reverse proxy such as Caddy and getting a TLS cert. That would allow you to point foundry.mydomain.com to the foundry instance, pihole.mydomain.com to your pi-hole and you'd only have to forward ports 443 and 83.
