If you know or are comfortable with learning how to administer a simple Linux system, I strongly recommend the RaspiBolt guide. One caveat, use a 64-bit Linux distribution like dietpi instead of the 32-bit Raspbian, will save you trouble. If you prefer something a little more pre-packaged / user friendly, you might try RaspiBlitz. There are higher-level options too, but I have no experience with those.
