This method does a little bit of validation, because as part of the Ethernet header, there is a field that lists the encapsulated packet type. If the field is anything other than IPv4, an Err is returned. Like the NetworkBuffer::eth method, having a packet that is too small to contain both an Ethernet and IPv4 header will be considered invalid and return None as well.
