    • The script they seem to have used looks to calculate the Jaccard accurately. I can only guess that there's a coding error somewhere else in the analysis or OrthoMCL was run incorrectly to calculate the orthologs between animals. Without their calculated orthologs, it's hard to trace an exact reason.
