I've based my configuration on these files, with the locking script doing wonders : it takes a screenshot, blurs it, adds a logo, and finally locks the screen using this "background". Besides, it does it super fast.

Well I solved the "flashing screen on resume" issue thanks to this link. Never thought it would have an influence on the behavior at resume ! So the thing is : uncomment the "InhibitDelayMaxSec=5" line in your /etc/systemd/logind.conf file. Then you seemingly won't have any more trouble with it. I haven't fiddled with the value though, it may have an impact.
