How would you remove the offset and trigger on a certain level of an ADC signal?

  • How would you deal with this situation? The code we're using is here on github. Basically we extract the baseline with a LPF and subtract it to the signal, then we integrate (sum each sample) the signal with a rectange and trigger on a threshold. This gives random walk noise that triggers the threshold and gives false positives.
