Have a TTGO T-Display but want to shut down the display and only turn it on when desired to display a message for power savings. I'm using the TFT_espi library and can't seem to find a function to shut down the display. I do notice that it goes off if I enter a light sleep mode but I think that stops the loop() function and disconnects wifi/my mqtt connection. Any advice? Just want the display to sleep until an MQTT message comes in and/or utilize light sleep to maximize my battery performance.
