How do I fix the bad resolution when streaming with Ntrview?

If you're referring to the pixelated nature of the 3DS's screens, you can't fix that - the 3DS is only powerful enough to display games at its own native resolution. If you want to play games at a higher resolution than the original 3DS, you'll need to use an emulator like Citra (which I don't think is available for the Wii U).

You need to run NTR-CFW on the 3DS (use BootNTRSelector, but note that it doesn't work with current Luma3DS, so you may need to install a different version to use it). You should also enable InputRedirection in Rosalina (opened by pressing L+Down+Select--InputRedirection is under "Miscellaneous options..."), which will allow you to control the 3DS with the Wii U GamePad. Then, start ntrview-wiiu on the Wii U and enter your 3DS's IP address, which you can find in Rosalina.
