No, this site uses almost the same name as Magic Wormhole which enables sending files from one person to another (in possibly a more secure manner) and which was developed by Mozilla's own Brian Warner. Reading through the site it appears that it doesn't use Magic Wormhole and facilitates sending files and has almost the same name.
