Thanks for the tip, I've now tested Better Text Drawings a little (https://imgur.com/jGwbkUR ) and it might be the ticket. I also found Forien's Custom Fonts for my handwriting-style font needs. (I know I'm asking Foundry to do things it wasn't supposed to do, since for all its strengths it's not a DTP program.) Not keeping the text is OK since I already summarize the sessions in our Facebook events, so it's copy and paste from there anyway.
