Something like this in Kodi would work (there are several forks/branches of pseudotv around, so if not the one I linked then find another. I'm really not sure what the state of PseudoTV is these days). You can point Kodi to an SMB share of your files, or you can put your files up into something like Plex and use PlexKodiConnect to integrate with Kodi (or you could use Emby or Jellyfin and the appropriate plugin for each).
