Literally just did this. I was searching to find a comprehensive guide myself. In the end, I figured it out using a piece of Win software called 'NXNand Manager'. --> https://github.com/eliboa/NxNandManager Use it to create a 'FULLNAND Backup' of your existing SD card (this will just back up the emummc partition (30gb) of your SD card). Then under 'options' use the emunand creation tool to create the new partition on your new SD card using the backup you just made. Once done, drag and and drop the rest of your contents (excluding the emummc folder) from your old card to your new one. You'll likely have to keep the same file format (Fat32 vs exfat) as your original card to avoid issues with running your existing software.
