Now a part I am not really sure about: The "Preserve avb 2.0/dm-verity" option. avb/dm-verity could be enabled on your phone, it is supported since Android 4 iirc, but it isn't necessarily. So just do the following part twice, once with the option ticked, once unticked, to be as safe as possible.
