One way to manage the issue, would be to look into rmlr, install python and pip via Entware/Toltec, and try to have rmlr running on the RM if all the dependencies can be found for the ARM architecture.
Else, you could look into rmapi , they have a conversion part in their package. Since it's writing in Go, it's quite easy to have it cross compile for an ARM processor. But you would need to extract the taking care of the conversion and make it a standalone tool.
