You need to use homebrew to access your SD Card. I personally use nxmtp but I read that it isn't working for firmware >11.0.

Alternatively, if you're using Tinfoil, just install Tinfoil driver here (install tinfoil_driver.exe) and when you want to access your Switch through PC, just open Tinfoil and plug your Switch with your cable.
