I wrapped everything in Python script and as the kickstart installation ends with restart into freshly installed system, it's enough to wait for the system to start to ping, then wait for SS, and then, as soon node is up and accepting SSH, start the ansible play. I use with https://github.com/ansible/ansible-runner but there are plenty of options.
