What are your thoughts on having the application menu on the titlebar?

  Provides a way to run menubar commands in KDE Plasma through rofi, much like the Unity 7 Heads-Up Display (HUD).

Another must-have addition for those programs is so-called "HUD" which allows you to search/run menubar commands. For Plasma we have plasma-hud, krunner-appmenu.

You can still drag a window by a drag starting from overtop the menu. The menu doesn't open unless it's a "click". So you lose the ability to "Press + DragToHoverMenuItem + Release" to activate a menu item.
