PlayniteEnableHdr
An extension to automatically detect games with HDR support and enable HDR for those games
I've just discovered https://github.com/Codectory/AutoActions which detects when a user-defined process starts and can toggle HDR on, then back off again when it exits. I've gone through the list at https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/List_of_games_that_support_high_dynamic_range_display_(HDR)) to add entries for all the HDR-capable titles that I have installed.
https://github.com/res2k/HDRTray is also useful to quickly check the HDR status with an icon in the notification area.
Also, you may appreciate this as it should allow for better color accuracy when using the hdr mode if it isn't solely down to what settings your display exposes when in sdr vs hdr. https://github.com/dylanraga/win11hdr-srgb-to-gamma2.2-icm sdr content looks much better ever since I set this up.
