So I went to their github and bugged them about it: https://github.com/google/style-aligned/issues/6 and they finally released the code for actually doing the main selling point of their tech, which is to take any image, and transfer the style of that image to generate multiple images. I had tried their previous demos but they were not very impressive because they didn't do anything completely new, but this img2img thing finally released and it's super impressive.
