  • NBTExplorer

A graphical NBT editor for all Minecraft NBT data sources

  • It's not a bug. Your data is saved, it's just not accessible because you're in a different context. In multiplayer each player's data is stored in a separate file in playerdata/[your-UUID].dat. In single player the player's data is stored in the level.dat file; if the world was never used in single player, the information there is defaulted. If you were to create a local server instance and load a copy of that world you'd see all your stuff when you join that server. If you want to transfer your multiplayer information, you can use NBTExplorer to copy the information from the playerdata profile into the single player profile in level.dat.
