    Keep using Origin instead of EA App

  • I decided to try and revert to Origin and force disable the EA App upgrade prompt as a test after finding this. As of writing this, it works; testing the latest NFS Unbound Vol. 5 update does launch the game, for instance, but I haven't tested with titles such as EA FC 24 as I don't have them. I'm going to share the steps below for those interested. If it doesn't work, please tell me in the comments so I can amend the instructions.
