  Zen monitor is monitoring software for AMD Zen-based CPUs.

Generally speaking, we don't officially support other distros than those we offer for configuration on our webpage, but you could monitor your CPU's TDP (essentially the CPU's power consumption) and your temperatures under load with for example zen monitor. The i7-1165G7 should work with a TDP of up to 28 watts.
