Ok, you shouldn't be running the pip command from the python shell. It should be run in the default command prompt. Exit out of python with exit() and run the command again. Also, note that you need to download the project first obviously and run the command from the project's folder. If you haven't done that, use git clone https://github.com/shawwn/Real-Time-Voice-Cloning, or you can use the download button on the github page and unzip the resulting compressed folder. You go to the project's folder in the command prompt with cd MY_PROJECT_LOCATION, where you replace MY_PROJECT_LOCATION with the absolute path to the folder with the project.
