  1. ivy

Convert Machine Learning Code Between Frameworks

https://unify.ai/ They are trying to do what Ivy is doing already.

  3. animus

Minimalistic framework to run machine learning experiments. (by Scitator)

PyTorch Lightning has terrible abstractions. I wish people would move to something closer to Catalyst or its simplified cousin of only 1000 lines of source code, Animus which basically is just a training loop around accelerate along with nicely structured composable classes.

  4. Pytorch

Tensors and Dynamic neural networks in Python with strong GPU acceleration

The lack of engagement in the relevant issue trackers (imports, dtypes, I can't actually find an issue for the pooling padding) hurts the legitimate complaints.

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
