Does anyone else find Gnome "System Monitor" not so pretty? I know this app is harder to re-write or convert to GTK4 compare to others like an image viewer etc. I appreciate the hard work put in to these apps.

  • adw-gtk3

The theme from libadwaita ported to GTK-3

  • I recommend this theme which makes all gtk3 apps look like gtk4. System Monitor looks a lot better with it.

  • btop-gpu

A monitor of resources, forked for GPU support – merged into btop!

  • I use a btop fork with gpu support for this

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.

  • resources

Keep an eye on system resources (by nokyan)

  • Not wanting to toot my own horn here, but I've been working on an alternative for quite some time now. It's still not finished yet but I think it's moderately usable. If you'd like to take a look: https://github.com/nokyan/resources :)

  • system-monitoring-center

    Discontinued Multi-featured system monitor
