I was frustrated with seeing pretty much the same faces all the time in my SD generations, so playing off an idea I saw posted quite a while ago, I decided to use the Alternating Words feature in Automatic1111 along with the sd-dynamic-prompts extension to give myself more facial variety.
Now, to the ultimate purpose. Any of the lists will give out unique faces for a one-off generation, but if you want consistency for a series of generations, you can start with the list and generate a head shot that can then be used in the roop extension. I use the linked roop fork because, even though I don't purposely generate a lot of NSFW material, I found the original extension's NSFW filter to be WAY oversensitive and frequently got in the way of generating many harmless pics.
