So after lot of troubles with external USB drive bays (one not working, second would go to sleep and never wake up) for ~180 euro and a thought about buying NAS for ~500e, I went for a 40e case with a 20e vents and power splitter to house all the disks. I don't have important data in there so bigger disk space is more important than raid so I went with mergerfs (this way if one of the disks will fail, others will be ok).

  Discontinued Arch Linux Provisioning with Ansible (by peter-si)

I'm running minimalistic arch, which I provisioned with ansible playbook (this took me around 70% off all the time it went into). For apps I have kubernetes (one node k3s) "cluster" (planning to expand in time) and the main thing inside is plex with GPU hw encoding (It worked better then I expected). Next I plan to put nexctcloud and wireguard in it.
