I set up the arrs , sabnzb and Plex via docker , less than 20 GB used, uses sod all and less than 4 GB of ram. https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-sabnzbd Is what I used to get sabnzbd (there discord server is great tbh ).
Was quite surprised how little it uses. I also set up a samba share to easily manage to space via Ubuntu.
