Really hope whatever they do with banners in 4.x it includes something to improve 4 star accessibility. If you look at the 4 star chart on paimon.moe it's sad how the average downtime for 4 star reruns has gone from ~3.5 banners to ~9, and we now routinely have chars getting into the mid teens.
