This is actually such an age old argument that someone made a flash game to make a point back in 2011. You can get it going through an emulator if you'd like, but that's optional. I'll be explaining under the assumption you haven't touched it at all.
While it doesn't include the rumble, I know some games like Blazblue can feature a musical ding when it comes to combos and motion controls. There's fanmade software that can do it in games that don't have it called EddieInput. All only restricted to training mode, however.
