Installed JKSV saves manager on the hacked switch and backed up all of the saves on the switch. Make sure to save a copy of these game backups in case anything goes wrong. JKSV created folders for each of the games on the SD card.

I took out the SD card, plugged it into my PC, and copied the saves that were extracted by TegraExplorer (not JKSV). They are individual files. I then downloaded HactoolNet for windows and used the previously extracted device keys to decrypt the save files. You'll see a series of folders, with games organized by their IDs. You can google the IDs to work out which games they relate to. For example, TotK's ID is "0100F2C0115B6000". Inside that folder will be a whole series of files and folders. This is the unencrypted save data.
