There is no WorldPainter for bedrock, the output is always a Minecraft Java Edition world. You can however convert it to the correct/bedrock version using a program like https://chunker.app/, https://www.amuletmc.com/, or https://www.universalminecrafttool.com/ (last suggestion is a paid program I believe).
