A couple weeks ago someone posted a link to https://omnivore.app -- the free and open-source read-it-later app I have been working on here. We don't have a lot of self-hosting documentation, so I created this basic tutorial as a starting point. It has also helped me identify some places we could simplify deployment.
This tutorial gives a basic overview of whats needed to self-host Omnivore. I deployed it using fly.io (a pretty easy to use docker hosting platform) and https://bonsai.io/ (a hosted version of Elasticsearch).
