Go to the folder you want to install it in (it will make itself a folder named stable-diffusion-webui so keep that in mind) and left click the top address bar once so it turns blue. Punch in cmd and hit Enter, then in the console window that pops up paste this git clonehttps://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui.git and hit Enter again. Now you should be able to launch the webui-user.bat and start downloading the many little things it needs to run.
Here is their Github page with lots of various links to different info, somewhere in there it should tell you how to use things like medvram xformers and/or sdp, and other optimizations which should get things running smoother for you. If you can't find any good info you could try their Github Discussions page and either scroll through or search for the terms in red lettering above.
Bummer tho bud, sorry we couldn't get you up and running but good luck and don't give up yet lol, there are plenty of other UIs you can try out :D That reminds me, there's this one I tried a bit ago that someone on here released, it was easy to set up and would probably work for you.
