I suppose you could try downloading and building it locally. There's already an amd64 Linux version and ARM versions for multiple platforms (MacOS, iOS, and Android), so it seems like you should be able to configure it to build Arm executables for Linux (most Arm linux apps work on Raspberian, or you can install Ubuntu on an RP 400. You could also try installing FydeOS or ChromiumOS on your RP 400, either of which should allow you to run android apps natively. https://github.com/FydeOS/chromium_os-raspberry_pi/releases
