Help needed in building cavatools

  Cavatools is a RISC-V architectural simulator.

  

  I was following along the installation steps given in https://github.com/phaa-eu/cavatools. It needed four repos to build and run it. i cloned all of them into riscv-tools (but folder structure ~/cavatools/riscv-tools/ idk if this is the problem). I set RVTOOLS to this riscv-tools directory(the source folder idk if i should have linked to the build folder). Then I found that riscv-opcodes filenames have changed and it no longer user the way it is needed in cavatools. I checkedout to a previous commit which matched the opcode filenames.
