Yup, depending on what tech you are using and what you are comfortable with there are a bunch of hosting services out there, GithHub Pages is free and works well for simple websites, there are also more powerful options like AWS's free tier or a VPS like digital ocean.
SSL cert, you can get them for free using Lets Encrypt or buy one through your hosting provider.
Of course you can do AWS, but that’s hard to figure out. I highly recommend Render. It’s very easy to use; it’s like Heroku but faster, cheaper, and easier. If you have your code in GitHub, you’re already 50% done with the deployment
