You can't use pip on Ubuntu 23.04 anymore

It is written in Python and depends heavily on the Pyqt5 and Scrapy libraries. This is the Stable release of the app.

So i have a question, this is the install script for my app. How would it affect its functionality and any ideas on how to change it in anticipation of these changes?
