I'm new to both Rust and Actix but not really to the front end. I've built a really basic app that just tracks page refreshes and displays it with a bit of HTML. I'm wondering how I would add some CSS to this as all the places I've searched have used external HTML files but I couldn't get that to work with mine. Here is a snippet of the code for those that don't want to use GitHub:
