Metadata needs a description. You should also be leveraging OpenGraph metadata https://ogp.me/ to improve how your content will appear when shared on other websites (e.g Facebook, Twitter, etc). And ideally JSON+LD as well.
If you're trying to learn React as a starting point, great fine. However, for a single squeeze page I'd recommend just writing it out in plain ole' HTML, CSS, and JS. React is overkill for the vast majority of projects on the web. My biggest recommendation would be to use a SSG, https://gohugo.io/ is a personal favorite of mine. I've written everything from simple blog/news sites to full blown e-commerce websites using it and JAMstack principles.
