Iv got first success! Have uploaded the https://github.com/mriscoc/Ender3V2S1/releases/download/20230312/Ender3V2-SKRME3V3-BLTUBL-MPC-20230312.bin and the LCD is alive. Unfortunately the precompiled software does not meet my needs since I have switched to Sprite Pro extruder and have integrated the BTT Relay 1.2 with the BTT UPS. But the board and the cable are OK. Now I will just download some of the configurations @ https://github.com/mriscoc/Special_Configurations and compare the files in Notepad++. I will report back if I will be successful, however next week since I will be on a business trip ...
