Persepolis is not the same thing as idm. It does not have a browser monitor. It is just a frontend for aria2 and sadly it is not maintained anymore. I think Xtreme Download Manager (XDM) is a better alternative. It is free and open source download manager. Here is the link for the XDM version 8
