Xray stopped working

I used this script to set up xray. I added my own domain to cloudflare and the generated configs worked great, but stopped working after a few hours. I suspect my domain name got blocked. I use a cloudflare ip as address in my client and my domain is used as SNI. Should i buy a new domain or i can spmehow fix this?
