Not sure if they're on terraformable ones, but most of Stratum tectonicas I found were on HMWs. I personally use Spansh's Expressway to Exomastery to plan routes and filter out high paying exobio signals (to save time from scanning low paying bacterium signals). Or you can also use EDMC with Canonn plugin to look for interesting systems and bodies.
