If you wanted to have your own Twitter you could set it up tomorrow with Mastodon (or a handful of similar platforms). You might not have 100% feature parity, but you'd get the core functionality that most people actually use.

However, for an attacker to do anything with that private key, they would have to be able to either intercept (e.g. man-in-the-middle) or redirect (e.g. BGP hijack, DNS poisoning, etc) traffic destined for github.com to their infrastructure. They could then pretend to be Github for operations over SSH.
Do you mean Fandom wiki? You would want some kind of open source wiki platform. MediaWiki (used for Wikipedia) is probably the most popular and full featured.
