ed-odyssey-materials-helper - This is an application downloadable in Github that runs actively with Elite Dangerous. It has a list of all engineer blueprints and modules for Horizons & Odyssey, allowing you to make "shopping Lists" of the modules you want to upgrade, and it will tell you what materials to collect and where to find them. It will also update LIVE and will tell you when you've collected a material on your shopping list.
coriolis.io or edsy.org - These are the community favorite ship builders. I used to use Coriolis exclusively but have found that they don't update as often as EDSY, so I've been using that more recently
